Joel is an experienced graphic designer and lecturer specializing in 2D animation, video editing, and graphic design. He has collaborated with government agencies like the Health Promotion Board and National Library Board, contributing to major initiatives such as COVID-19 campaigns and the OneStoryProject. Joel brings industry expertise to the classroom, equipping students with practical skills in storytelling and communication for today’s media landscape.

Professional Experience:

As a graphic designer experienced in working with multiple government agencies, Joel expertise covers internal and corporate communications, social media management, and events management, crafting impactful content such as marketing videos, instructional materials, and digital campaigns. Joel was the project manager for various national initiatives / projects such as OneStoryProject from the National Library Board, Covid-19 and Healthier SG under the Ministry of Health.

He is known for understanding project needs and being able to deliver through various concepts to help grasp the attention of the audiences through relativity and quirkiness. Joel believes
