Taufiq relishes the creative process in developing digital content for the past 10 years and in the last 4 years, activated his strategic communications deltoids to have a broad-level view towards marketing. He has applied his skills co-creating content with creative firms and managing in-house content in Agency for Integrated Care and the Municipal Services Office. He has volunteered his services in publicity, marketing and digital content creation at Casa Raudha, Cat Welfare Society and Singapore Christian Home. Taufiq views digital platform as an endless canvas and believes in sharing the knowledge of digital content creation as a form of self-fulfilment.

Professional Experience:

Marketing is the name of the game for Taufiq with Agency for Integrated Care as he mooted the Dementia-Friendly Community initiative and intergenerational awareness for youth and seniors on digital and social media. He started and managed the social media pages of Dementia-Friendly Singapore, developing in-house content to create awareness on dementia and caregiver stress.

In the Municipal Services Office, Taufiq worked with creative firms to co-create content while also single-handedly continued to handle in-house content to reinforce positive social norms for a better living environment. His portfolio included the management of popular social media platforms that focused on static and video content. 

His volunteering endeavours provided him with the opportunity to touch on other subject matters such as family issues in Casa Raudha, feline care in Cat Welfare Society and Persons With Disability in Singapore Christian Home. The experience volunteering in various organisations provided him with the exposure and opportunity to strategically develop content for effective communications and marketing.

Taufiq believes in the importance of efficient content development, balancing quality and quantity with consideration of project objectives. As such he puts the emphasis on a work process and likes a bit of structure to guide his creative efforts towards the goal. 

Training Philosophy:

Taufiq sees opportunities in utilising digital tools in content development and encourages constant application and practice. He believes in the crowdsourcing of classroom ideas to improve content and hopes that his training participants can level-up together. Suggestions and constructive inputs improve collective wisdom when it comes to the creative process. He is keen to share comprehensive knowledge while also willing to share tips and tricks to hasten the content development process.

  • Managed over 11 social media pages in his career to engage audiences and gatekeeping content to meet organisational objectives.
  • Developed countless content in static and video format for social media, events and Out-Of-Home Ads.
